HCLTech is looking for an expert in VDI infrastructure and application management to support their operations in Spain. The role involves daily health checks, managing service requests, and coordinating with various teams to optimize service delivery. Formación

• Extensive experience in VDI infrastructure planning and implementation.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Experience with Azure AVD, Citrix, and related technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor ServiceNow Queue and provide remote support.
• Onboard new applications on AVD + Nerdio Platform.
• Coordinate with application vendors and handle incidents.

Descripción del empleo

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Health Check and Review of AVD + Nerdio Environment
2. Monitor ServiceNow Queue and act accordingly
3. Analyze new Service Requests and coordinate with requesters
4. Onboard and configure new applications on AVD + Nerdio Platform
5. Rewrap application packages using PSADT toolkit and configure with blob storage
6. Coordinate with application Vendors / Owners
7. Coordinate with Security, Network & Firewall Teams
8. Coordinate with UAT and Preprod testers to validate changes, performance, and functionality
9. Update Nerdio scripted actions and groups to optimize application and desktop delivery
10. Configure autoscaling criteria for AVD session hosts as needed
11. Provide remote support to end-users
12. Handle incidents, problem tickets, and service requests
13. Provide on-call support
14. Build monthly reports in collaboration with the customer

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in VDI infrastructure planning, design, and implementation
• Proven ability to define, document, and conduct POCs for VDI services
• Experience with large-scale application deployments and customizations for VDI environments
• Skills in troubleshooting during UAT/PILOT phases
• Design and deployment experience with Azure AVD, Citrix, and related technologies
• Knowledge of scripting (VBScript / PowerShell)
• Proficiency in Azure AD, AD DS, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS
• Fluency in Spanish and English
