UST España & Latam is seeking a Solution Analyst to bridge business and technology for Azure-based solutions, with a focus on requirements lifecycle, documentation, and stakeholder alignment. The role is remote from Spain, with scope to work from Lugo/Galicia and collaborate with the global team.

The candidate should have 5+ years in requirements analysis, experience with Azure, and strong communication skills in English.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Analyst and/or Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and lifecycle management.
• Use case modelling and specification standards.
• Familiar with Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services (Functions, Key Vault, APIM, Service Bus, etc.).
• Ability to translate business requirements into cloud-native solution designs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English at least C1.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full requirements lifecycle from elicitation to validation and refinement.
• Ensure requirements are clear, structured, and testable.
• Maintain full requirements traceability from business needs to functional specs and test cases.
• Produce and manage BRD, FRD, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business needs with solution design.
• Develop functional flows and use cases aligned with architecture and business requirements.
• Track progress, quality, risks, and readiness; manage change requests and impact analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Security, and DevOps teams.
• Support solution design and Azure-based feasibility analyses.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI-driven capabilities.
• Support testing and UAT to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered solutions.
