UST España & Latam, a multinational tech services leader, is seeking a Solution Analyst to bridge business and technology in Spain. You will drive the definition and delivery of scalable, cloud-based solutions while aligning stakeholders and technical teams.

You will work with Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Security and DevOps to translate business needs into Azure-based designs, supporting testing and UAT with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled improvements and end-to-end delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as Solution Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and lifecycle management.
• Use case modeling and specification standards.
• Understanding of Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and/or Waterfall.
• Azure Cloud Services experience (Functions, Key Vault, APIM, Service Bus).
• Translate business requirements into cloud-native designs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• English level: C1.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full requirements lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and refinement.
• Ensure requirements are clear, structured, testable, and aligned with business priorities.
• Maintain full requirements traceability from business needs to functional specs and test cases.
• Produce and manage BRD, FRD, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business needs with solution design.
• Develop functional flows and use cases aligned with architecture and business requirements.
• Track requirements progress, quality, risks, and readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Security, and DevOps/SRE teams.
• Support solution design and feasibility analysis aligned with Azure architectures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI-driven capabilities.
• Support testing and UAT to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered solutions.
