The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in Azure-based consulting, proficiency in Azure Data Factory, and programming skills in PySpark, SQL, and Python. This role is fully remote with a flexible schedule, requiring fluency in English and preferably in Spanish. We’re looking for a Senior Azure Consultant with strong BI and Finance expertise and over 4 years of experience to join the tech team of a leading German multinational in the automotive sector , known for its innovation in digital finance solutions and multicultural work culture. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful data integration and reconciliation projects with high business visibility.

Must-Haves :

4–6 years of experience in Azure-based technical consulting
Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ETL pipelines)
Experience with Azure Databricks and Unity Catalog
Strong programming skills in PySpark , SQL , and Python
Experience working with financial/accounting data , ideally with SAP FI
Experience in data reconciliation between CMS and SAP systems
Familiarity with large-scale data integration and transformation
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and documentation skills
Fluent in English (C1)

Nice-to-Haves :

Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboards




Understanding of Agile methodology
Experience with ServiceNow , SharePoint , or SAP Solman
Prior work in multicultural and remote environments
Proactive communicator with strong organizational skills

What You’ll Do :

Act as the primary technical expert in Azure for BI/Finance projects
Build and maintain ETL pipelines in Azure Data Factory
Execute complex data transformations in Azure Databricks using PySpark/SQL
Develop and implement reconciliation solutions between CMS and SAP GALA financial systems
Collaborate with product, engineering, and finance teams to optimize data flows
Define and improve technical processes based on business needs
Create dashboards and reports for reconciliation and performance tracking
Support knowledge transfer to key business users
Drive process improvements and standardization across systems

Schedule: Flexible, with reduced hours on Fridays
