• Solid hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake Gen2 and Databricks is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Azure security concepts, including RBAC and Key Vault is essential.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform is desirable.

We are seeking a highly skilled
Azure Cloud Engineer
with a strong focus on
data platform architecture ,
data governance , and
cloud infrastructure automation .This role is part of a large-scale data platform initiative for a
German automotive client , supporting cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement
data platform solutions
in Azure, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM), permissions management, and secure storage integrationManage and optimize the
Azure Data Lake
environment, ensuring compliance with enterprise-level
security
and
governance
standardsSupport and enforce
Data Mesh
architectural principles to enable decentralized data product sharingResolve incidents and service requests related to big data infrastructure (Databricks, Data Factory, Key Vault, firewall configs, etc.)Collaborate with other teams on
solution architecture , including
networking ,
infrastructure design , and integration of new cloud servicesParticipate in
Agile ceremonies
and planning cycles (SAFe, Scrum) in a multicultural, distributed teamAutomate and monitor cloud deployments using
Infrastructure as Code
and CI/CD pipelines
Required Skills & Experience
Solid hands-on experience with
Azure Data Lake Gen2 ,
Databricks
(mandatory), and
Azure Data FactoryStrong understanding of
