Position: Azure AI Architect

We are seeking an Azure AI Architect to lead technical decision-making within our Data & Intelligence CoE, working on initiatives for top-tier organizations. The role can be based in Barcelona, Spain, with a broad European scope.

What We're Looking For

• Expertise in artificial intelligence and cloud platforms, particularly Azure and GCP.
• Experience in defining AI platform frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficiency in building AI platforms in Azure, aligning with other cloud environments.
• Skills in transforming business through AI, standardizing development methodologies, training, deployment, and inference.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, providing tools and resources for Data Scientists, model training, monitoring, and retraining.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project and service goals are met from a technical perspective, managing scope, quality, risks, and resources.
• Make technical decisions and lead AI architecture design and implementation.
• Define MLOps procedures and stay updated with the latest AI solutions on Azure.

Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of experience with MLOps solutions.
• Over 3 years of experience with Azure, including networking, roles, and security.
• Over 1 year working with Azure Machine Learning and IaC (Terraform).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or Github.
• Background in deploying AI in startup, corporate, or academic environments.
• Leadership skills, autonomy, and a commitment to knowledge sharing.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Databricks, and Docker.
