The hotel offers 200 rooms, 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, two restaurants and bars, a rooftop terrace, a pioneering spa, beauty spaces, and luxury retail areas.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Assistant:

We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance of all hotel facilities, performing preventive maintenance and repairs in the machine room (including heating, electrical installation, air conditioning, plumbing, and refrigeration). The role also involves learning various technical computer systems.

• Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall tasks as part of daily duties.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
• Respond to guest calls related to room maintenance and public areas.
• Handle emergencies such as fires or electrical failures.

• Keep all maintenance work areas clean, free of grease stains, leaks, and maintain departmental organization.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities. Speaking English is recommended but not mandatory. Candidates must have a flexible schedule, including availability on holidays and weekends. All necessary work documents for Spain and fluency in Spanish are required.
