We are seeking an Assistant Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is central to the Front Office Department, focusing on assisting Front Desk Agents and ensuring guests enjoy a smooth arrival and departure experience. As the first and last impression of the hotel, this department carries significant responsibility. The main duties include:
The ideal Assistant Front Desk Agent will possess excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. They should have good problem-solving abilities and proficiency in hotel property management systems, with at least one year of experience in a similar front-of-house role. Knowledge of Opera is preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Spain.
