Una cadena hotelera internacional busca un Ayudante de Economato en Murcia. La persona será responsable de la gestión de inventarios y la compra de bienes, colaborando con el gerente de economato. Formación

Responsibilities
  • Carrying out qualified and responsible purchase and management of goods and materials.
  • Collaborating to determine the needs for goods and materials in accordance with the demands of the different areas of the establishment.
  • Co‑working with the Economato Manager to register suppliers and goods.
  • Receiving ordered goods and materials, and controlling expiration dates, quality, quantities and invoices.
  • Monitoring and controlling stock of goods and materials.
  • Handling storage, manipulation and organization of materials and products.
Qualifications
  • Training: Grade‑medium course in Administration, Purchasing or similar.
  • Experience: minimum of 1 year in a similar position.
  • Languages: desirable English.
  • Knowledge in hospitality sector is valued.
  • Experience with SAP procurement program is a plus.
