The Assistant Waiter/Waitress Position:

We are seeking an Assistant Waiter/Waitress at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid to join our Food and Beverage team. The main goal is to provide exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities include:

1. Providing professional, friendly, and proactive customer service at all times, working well in a team.
2. Having full knowledge of the menu, daily functions, and promotions.
3. Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
4. Following kitchen policies, procedures, service standards, and dietary guidelines.
5. Adhering to safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
6. Clearing, cleaning, and coordinating restaurant materials to ensure readiness for service.
7. Welcoming guests and providing water, bread, and butter service.
8. Setting up buffets and food stations.

Our ideal candidate:

We seek candidates committed to excellent service and teamwork. Prior experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in luxury environments, is preferred. The ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapting and anticipating customer needs, is essential. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Spain and be fluent in Spanish and English.
