The ideal candidate has over 3 years experience in SaaS customer success and 2 years of technical training. Up to 20% travel may be necessary.

Formación

  • At least 3 years of experience in a SaaS-based cybersecurity customer success role.
  • Over 2 years of experience providing cybersecurity technical training.
  • Cybersecurity certifications from EC-Council are advantageous.

Cyberbit deploys real-world attacks using reverse-engineered malware onto virtual corporate networks, allowing users to defend against live attacks using commercial-grade security tools. This effectively trains cyber professionals and students in industry-standard detection, response, and attack mitigation techniques.

We are seeking a Cybersecurity-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) proficient in SaaS technologies and technical training. This individual will play an instrumental role in maintaining and growing accounts in the Europe and Middle East regions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, startup environment and is passionate about working with revolutionary technology.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve mastery of Cyberbit technologies and customer success playbooks within 1-3 months.
  2. Conduct clear, energetic product demonstrations highlighting the value of the product to customers and prospects, from SOC managers to CISOs.
  3. Guide analysts through simulated live-fire attacks, adjusting approaches based on trainees’ skill levels and customer objectives.
  4. Understand each customer’s unique needs and help them succeed by mapping their training objectives to the Cyberbit content catalog.
  5. Track customer health by communicating through onboarding calls, success calls, quarterly reviews, analyzing usage data, and maintaining internal metrics.
  6. Support customers and internal initiatives through excellent written and oral communication, including PowerPoint presentations, product Q&A, and documentation.
  7. Contribute to product improvements by clearly communicating customer-requested features.
  8. Collaborate with regional sales managers on relationship mapping, org charting, and upsell opportunities.
Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of experience in a SaaS-based cybersecurity or IT product customer success role and/or project management.
  2. Over 2 years of experience providing cybersecurity technical training.
  3. Bachelor’s, Master’s, and/or PhD in cybersecurity or related field is a strong advantage.
  4. Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively in a remote environment; meticulous note-taking is essential.
  5. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in a third language (Spanish, German, or French) is required.
  6. Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  7. Cybersecurity certifications from EC-Council (e.g., Certified Incident Handler, Certified Security Analyst) are advantageous.
  8. Up to 20% travel to customer sites may be required when permitted again.
