Formación

The project!

As a Traffic Management Specialist you will ensure the efficient coordination, prioritization, and delivery of all creative and marketing requests by managing workflows, resources, and communication across teams through Asana and other channels. The role is key to maintaining smooth operations, ensuring deadlines are met with quality, and proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

What will the role entail?
  • Task & Workflow Management - Act as the central point of contact, manage project briefs, assign and track tasks via Asana, and ensure efficient workflow across internal teams and freelancers.
  • Quality & Delivery Oversight - Review creative assets for accuracy and brand alignment, ensuring timely final delivery to stakeholders.
  • Communication & Collaboration - Maintain clear cross-team communication, support leadership with priorities, deadlines, and resource allocation.
  • Process & Performance Improvement - Identify bottlenecks, manage budgets, and propose process or tool enhancements to boost efficiency and accountability.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in traffic coordination, project management, or marketing operations. Previous experience managing technical or creative teams (online and offline) is key and highly valued.
  • High level of Spanish and English (min C1.) both spoken and written.
  • Strong command of project management tools, Asana being required. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (at least for reviewing/understanding assets, not design execution) and Figma (for reviewing, providing feedback, and coordinating design workflows)
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and workflow management skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with calmness and control under pressure, managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across teams.
