Account Manager Medical Devices DACH (m / f / d) Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company, providing a unique range of analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries, to make life and our environment safer, healthier and more sustainable. Eurofins works with the biggest companies in the world to ensure the products they supply are safe, their ingredients are authentic and labelling is accurate.

To further expand our Medical Device Testing business segment, we are looking for a strongly motivated colleague to join our dynamic International Sales Team.

The Account Manager for the Medical Device Testing Laboratory in Germany will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the medical device sector. The role involves promoting the laboratory’s testing services, maintaining strong connections with key clients, and identifying new opportunities to expand the business.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the medical device industry.
  2. Developing tailored proposals for testing services, negotiating terms, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
  3. Collaborating with marketing, R&D, and other departments to identify opportunities for new services.
  4. Presenting the lab’s services to potential customers, focusing on regulatory compliance and client needs.
  5. Participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the lab’s capabilities.
  6. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
  7. Providing regular updates to management on sales progress, pipeline development, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development in the medical device or healthcare sector.
  3. Familiarity with laboratory testing processes and regulatory standards.
  4. Proficiency in German and English is required.
  5. CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
