Omega CRM Consulting is seeking an AWS Backend & DevOps Developer to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, package, document, and support AWS-based solutions for managing consents, preferences, and exclusions within a product team.
  • Support AWS infrastructure provisioning and design, build, deploy AWS services using Terraform for services like S3, Lambda, IAM, MWAA, ECS, Glue, and RDS.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AWS, guiding and supporting team members.
  • Maintain and optimize AWS environment resources for cost-efficiency and performance.
  • Implement monitoring to detect and respond to events.
  • Handle daily support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Manage technical tasks using agile methodologies, collaborating globally to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Manage container images for ECS and configure CI/CD pipelines for automated releases.

Experience

  • 3-4 years in a similar role, capable of managing conflicts, challenging stakeholders, and maintaining focus on goals.
  • Proactive, autonomous, detail-oriented, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Continuous learner, adaptable to new technologies and scenarios.

Must-have Skills

  • Fluent in English; documentation in English.
  • Strong communication skills, experience working with virtual, global teams.
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, IAM, MWAA, ECS, Glue, VPC, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD practices, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Experience managing RDS PostgreSQL databases.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence).
