ARQUIMEA is seeking a Systems Engineer/Technical Lead to drive avionics subsystem and system projects for space applications from our Torrejón de Ardoz headquarters. The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams across hardware, firmware and software, and ensuring compliance with ECSS or equivalent standards.

Formación

• Master's degree in telecommunication, electronics, aerospace engineering, or related field.
• +10 years of experience in similar positions within the space industry (preferably) with at least 4 years in international projects.
• Embedded systems development engineer experience (HW/FW/SW) with data processing and onboard distributed telematics over IP networks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development lifecycle of systems and software products.
• Specify and analyze system requirements and derive subsystem requirements.
• Design functional, logical, and physical architectures.
• Develop and oversee the Verification and Validation plan (ECSS or equivalent).
• Lead the technical team, manage budget and risks, and ensure client alignment.
• Coordinate client interactions through the product lifecycle and contribute to technical documentation.
