CAE Madrid hosts the Local Training Standards Lead role within its Global Training Standards team. Based in Madrid, you will mentor instructors and oversee performance, ensuring regulatory compliance and high training quality across centers.

You will translate enterprise-wide standards into actionable local practices and drive continuous improvement. The role requires ICAO ATPL or CPL, plus relevant instructor certifications and 3+ years of experience delivering or managing instructor training

Formación

• Hold or have held ICAO ATPL or CPL licence.
• Hold or have held FAA instructor certificate.
• Part-FCL instructor certificate issued by an EASA member state.
• Equivalent 900(c) qualification relevant to the training domain.
• Extensive experience training Multi-Pilot Aircraft (MPA) pilots for professional licences or associated ratings.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and oversee performance for Instructors, Examiners, Tutors, Mentors and Coaches.
• Coordinate audits and performance reviews to maintain instructional quality and regulatory compliance.
• Translate global standards into local actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan, monitor, and implement global standards locally with consistent application.
• Assess instructor pilot performance and provide recommendations to the global team.
