Compensation: €38,000 - €55,000 / year

We are as committed to your career progression as you are and have established in‑house pathways to support you to develop your abilities as a Flight Instructor, including gaining instrument ratings and progression into management positions – your development is important to us! Our base in Alhama de Murcia benefits from great weather and lots of daylight. Throughout the summer this allows for maximum flying time, whilst a reduced schedule is operated throughout the winter months. This role is available on either a part‑time or full‑time basis. Please indicate your preference when applying.

We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. We welcome applications from candidates who have the right to live and work in Spain.

  • Identify any improvements to the practical instruction and/or Training Standards, actively working with those responsible to continuously improve safety and quality levels within the Academy
  • Monitor the technical and internal status and cleanliness of all the aircraft/simulators used for training, reporting discrepancies and verifying that all equipment is airworthy and suitable for training or operating
  • Comply fully with the orders given in the Company FCOM and ensure that students understand and comply with those SOPs
  • Complete all other reasonable duties as directed by the HoT and CFI

  • Adhere at all times to any other safety standards that, from time to time, may be issued, whether at the home or at third‑party airports
Administration
  • Accurately maintain your own logbook as per Company/National Regulations
  • Complete student training records appropriately and in a timely manner, checking student logbooks as required
  • Attend all administrative, standardisation and Instructor development meetings and in‑service training as programmed
  • Play a part in wider company life, such as attending open days and events when requested
