Una empresa de servicios sociales busca un Auxiliar de la Llar para el servicio de atención domiciliaria en Cardedeu. El candidato será responsable de asegurar el bienestar de las personas asistidas, incluyendo tareas de higiene y planificación de dietas. Se ofrece un horario a tiempo parcial y un contrato de cobertura vacacional. Se valora experiencia previa en cuidado de personas con dependencia.

Formación

• Experiencia en el cuidado de personas en situaciones de dependencia.
• Licencia de conducir y acceso a vehículo para visitar hogares de los clientes.
• Perfil comunicativo, empático, asertivo y colaborador.

Responsabilidades

• Asegurar la higiene de los individuos asistidos y su apariencia física.
• Monitorear hábitos dietéticos y planificar menús según requisitos de salud.
• Contribuir a la integración social y el bienestar de las personas asistidas.

We are seeking a professional for the position of Auxiliar de la Llar to work in the Home Care Service in the Cardadeu area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hygiene for the assisted individuals, as well as their clothing and physical appearance.
• Monitor the dietary habits of the assisted persons, planning menus according to health and nutritional requirements indicated by specialists, and assisting with food intake when necessary.
• Enhance the bio-psycho-social well-being of the cared-for individual and their family and environment.
• Contribute to the social integration of the assisted person by facilitating their integration into the social environment, supporting the development of their physical and mental capacities, and attending to hygiene needs.

Requirements

• Must have a driving license and access to a vehicle to visit clients' homes.
• Educational qualification : Certificate of schooling.
• Experience in caring for people with dependency situations.
• Personal profile : Communicative, empathetic, assertive, and team-oriented, with a focus on improving quality of life and well-being.

Additional Information

Candidates with a disability certification will be given priority.

What We Offer

• Part-time schedule : 20 hours in morning shifts from 8 : 00 to 14 : 00.
• Contract : Vacation cover from August 4 to September 14.
• Salary : €746 gross per month, paid over 14 installments, plus variables.
