Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Service or a similar support role.
  • Proficient in English, other languages are a plus.

Mission :

To support our growing international sales, you’ll be joining our Export team and will be responsible for customer service, logistics and project management with our international partners and clients.

  • Management for orders, requests for quotation and advice to customers in selected countries.
  • Manage logistics, shipments and transport incidents.
  • Provide a good service and promote our reputation of excellence.
  • Follow up bespoke projects in coordination with our design team.
  • Attend one or two international fairs per year.

What we are looking for :

  • Minimum 5 year experience in Customer Service or a similar support role.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Other languages will be considered positively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills, a previous experience with an ERP is a plus.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of emails.
  • Proactive, organized, autonomous and fast learner.
