As part of the Demant Group, a multinational with over 120 years of experience in hearing care, we offer a wide range of services from diagnostic technology to hearing aids, cochlear implants, and audiology services.

We are looking for proactive, positive, responsible team members who are eager to help patients and work collaboratively for our Audika center in Cornellà.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer service: support and advice
  • Managing the center's schedule, calls, appointment confirmations
  • Administrative tasks: inventory, billing
  • Conducting street actions to increase center traffic (e.g., distributing flyers)

Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, sales, or related fields, an interest in audiology, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably experience in the healthcare sector. The role is a full-time substitution contract, 22.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with ongoing training and career development opportunities in audiology prosthetics.
