Location : This position can be based in any of our offices in Santa Ponsa, Santanyí or Port d’Andratx.

At Seippel & Seippel , an international insurance brokerage established in 1989, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant with accounting knowledge to join our team in Mallorca.

You’ll be joining a multilingual and international team , committed to providing excellent service to our clients across Europe and beyond.

Main responsibilities :

  • Administrative support related to insurance operations.
  • Basic accounting support : reading and understanding financial reports, assisting with payment tracking, reconciliations, and organizing financial documents.
  • Communication with clients, insurers, and providers, primarily in German.
  • Managing documentation and updating internal systems.

Requirements :

  • Fluent German (mandatory) .
  • Professional level of Spanish and English .
  • Formal education in administration : Vocational Training (Grado Medio or Superior) or a University Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or similar.
  • Proficient in Excel, email, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized profile.
  • Previous experience in administrative and accounting roles.
  • Knowledge of the insurance or financial sector.
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems (e.g., eBroker, Sage, etc.).

Working hours :

Monday to Thursday from 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. and Fridays from 8 : 30 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m. During the summer schedule (from July 1st to September 15th), working hours are from 8 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m.
