Formación

THE ROLE

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support airport office staff in various daily tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Document management (digitization, printing, archiving, and control)
  • Placement of signage and branding on bulletin boards
  • Review and update of databases
  • Assistance in the warehouse and with uniform delivery and collection
  • Reception, organization, and distribution of daily correspondence
  • Greeting and accompanying visitors to the airport for various tasks
  • Processing documentation (AENA, certificates, employee medical reviews, etc.)
  • Assisting in training preparations and execution (room management, documentation preparation, etc.)
  • Supervising examinations
  • Monitoring the reading and signing of communications sent to workers
  • Updating and maintaining information on airport devices, mainly mobile devices
  • Supporting control and maintenance of base phones (device location and status reports; management of device dispatch and receipt with central; technical service interactions; SIM card management; system updates requested by central; user change management; assignment and handover to staff)
  • Receiving application incidents and managing solutions
  • Reporting and resolving all incidents with Applinet regarding clock-ins
  • Managing access permissions to computers for staff
