We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for our Baleares delegation in Ibiza.

In coordination with the Head of Administration and the Customer Service Manager, the role involves performing administrative and customer service tasks such as:

  1. Customer service.
  2. Billing collection.
  3. Change of account holders and new contracts.
  4. Management and control of work orders from operators.
  5. Managing supplier relations, requesting quotes, placing orders, receiving materials.
  6. Bank account management and invoice processing.
  7. Drafting, filing, and reviewing documents.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Required Qualification: Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher Level) in Administration or similar.
  • Required Experience: 3 years in administrative tasks, customer service, accounting, and financial administration.
  • Essential Skills: Proficiency in Office Suite (Microsoft Office).
  • Valuable Skills: Accounting knowledge.
