You will join as an Automotive Technical Clerk, with the main responsibility of providing high-quality service to our customers in the Netherlands, assisting them in managing their vehicle fleets.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare quotations for customer inquiries.
• Compare quotations provided by customers.
• Consult references and repair times using available computer tools.
• Provide mechanical advice on received inquiries.
• Check and record vehicle information in the database (repair history).
• Manage vehicle fleets according to manufacturer maintenance schedules.
• Communicate with workshops via available channels to resolve daily incidents.

What You Bring:

• Intermediate or advanced training in automotive or electro-mechanical fields.
• Previous experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2 level) is essential.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
