You will join as an Automotive Technical Clerk, with the primary mission of providing high-quality service to our customers in the Netherlands, assisting them in managing their vehicle fleets.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare quotations.
2. Contrast customer quotes in inquiries.
3. Consult references and repair times using available computer tools.
4. Provide mechanical advice on received inquiries.
5. Check and record data in the vehicle database (repair history).
6. Manage vehicle fleets according to manufacturer maintenance schedules.
7. Communicate with workshops via available channels to resolve daily incidents.

Qualifications:

1. Intermediate or advanced automotive or electro-mechanical training.
2. Previous experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2 level) is essential.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
