Job summary

Eurofit seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure the availability and reliability of production equipment, supporting safe operations and quality outcomes. You will drive maintenance execution, troubleshoot, and contribute to continuous improvements across a highly automated plant.

You will report to the Maintenance Manager and collaborate with production, quality, and external contractors to achieve TPM goals and optimise processes and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Technical education in electromechanics, automation, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a highly automated industrial environment.
• Availability to work in a shift-based schedule.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance data through CMMS and maintain spares inventory.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality standards and internal procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise interventions on facilities and contractors.
• Support production teams during TPM activities.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform troubleshooting, including PLC interventions.
