Qualifications

• Proven experience in software/automation engineering or similar technical role.
• Hands-on in maintaining production applications and automated workflows.
• Familiar with AI-powered workflows and AI agents.
• Strong DevOps knowledge including containers, orchestration and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve QOS modules for availability and stability.
• Investigate bugs, incidents and performance issues with sustainable fixes.
• Develop small enhancements based on operational feedback.
• Monitor automations, integrations, data pipelines and AI workflows.
• Maintain integrations and data flows across systems.
• Keep technical documentation and runbooks up to date.
• Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to prioritise work.
