Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Lead for the Central Automation CoE in Barcelona. You will lead a team of BI/BA professionals, manage a cross-regional portfolio, and drive AI-enabled automation initiatives across multiple BUs, ensuring rigorous ADLC execution and measurable business value.

Responsibilities include portfolio governance, people leadership, and building AI-ready requirements with a focus on responsible AI practices, human-in-the-loop controls, and auditable documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 6-8+ years in Business/Systems Analysis, Automation, or Digital Transformation; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead BA portfolio across BUs/regions with intake, pipeline, and governance.
• Coach BAs/Sr. BAs; drive Lean, ADLC adoption and upskilling in GenAI tools.
• Define BA standards, templates, and repositories, embedding end-to-end ADLC.
• Oversee discovery quality, gate readiness, and go/no-go decisions with clear criteria.
• Drive business case development, ROI, and benefits tracking with PMO/Finance.
• Engage stakeholders across time zones; standardize reporting and governance.
