Qualifyze, a leader in supply chain compliance, is seeking a hands-on engineer to drive AI-powered automation and data transformation. You will partner with business teams to define problems, design scalable workflows, and deliver end-to-end solutions from PoC to production.

You will build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines with dbt, integrate APIs and webhooks, and leverage Docker/Kubernetes for deployment. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Formación

• Deep understanding of business processes and optimization mindset.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java, with strong SQL for automation and data transformation.
• Proven experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience executing automations.
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI agents in production.
• Solid DevOps knowledge: containerization, orchestration, and deployment best practices.
• Familiarity with integrating APIs and webhooks to automate workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent collaboration and ownership across technical and business teams.
• Proactive and self-driven mindset, balancing cost and performance.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business teams to understand processes and identify AI-driven transformation opportunities.
• Define business problems, success metrics, feasibility, risks, and ROI.
• Map, document, and analyze current processes, systems, and data flows; propose scalable workflows.
• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions from PoC to production.
• Develop automation and AI-based systems integrated with internal platforms via APIs and webhooks.
• Prepare and package solutions for DevOps deployment standards, with containerization and orchestration familiarity.
• Establish quality, performance, and safety monitoring for all solutions, including AI agents.
• Design ingestion and transformation pipelines using dbt for scalable automation and analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through innovative solutions.
