About the role :

The analyst will work directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and solution architects to identify challenges and deliver practical, well-rounded solutions.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding the current state of technical systems and business processes, analyzing complex issues, and developing actionable solutions. This position requires strong analytical thinking, technical competence, and excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Your responsibilities :

• Coordinate and execute necessary updates across cloud-based and on-premise environments.
• Lead sessions with SMEs to identify inefficiencies or issues within the business intelligence ecosystem and define corrective strategies.
• Oversee relevant stakeholders and workstreams during solution rollout and execution.
• Conduct structured interviews and workshops with SMEs to collect technical insights and map current operations.
• Analyze and break down complex technical and business challenges into smaller, manageable components.
• Work hand-in-hand with solution architects and domain experts to craft tailored solutions.
• Lead and implement tasks of a technical nature within ongoing IT initiatives or programs.
• Prepare clear technical documentation and concise presentation materials for stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of solutions, resolving underlying issues comprehensively.
• Take an active part in the team’s efforts, fostering a productive and cooperative working atmosphere.

About You :

• Solid technical knowledge of software systems and IT infrastructure.
• Previous involvement in software or system architecture projects.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering technical requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in presenting technical content to varied audiences.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and independent work ethic.
• Comfortable navigating and working with diverse IT environments and platforms.
