We’re Hiring : Automation Maintenance Engineer– EBRO Factory

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Automation Maintenance Technician to join our production maintenance team and play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and reliability of our automated systems and equipment.

What will you do in this role?

As part of the Automation Maintenance team, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting both preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Your mission will be to :

  • Diagnose and repair automation and robotic systems in real-time to minimize downtime.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance on PLCs, sensors, actuators, robots , and production lines.
  • Analyze recurring failures and lead improvement actions to optimize system reliability.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams on process automation improvements.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new automated equipment and projects.
  • Ensure all actions follow health & safety standards and are properly documented using CMMS.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a hands-on technician with the following background :

  • Vocational or Technical Degree (CFGS / CFGM) in Industrial Automation, Electromechanics, Electronics, or similar.
  • 3 years of experience working in automated industrial environments (preferably automotive or Tier1).
  • Proven skills in PLC troubleshooting (Siemens, Rockwell...), robotics (Fanuc, ABB), pneumatic and sensor systems.
  • Used to working with CMMS tools (e.g. Rosmiman, SAP) and TPM methodologies.
  • Team player, proactive mindset and strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability for rotating shifts and willingness to grow with us.
