Job summary

Fundcraft is hiring a Junior Associate in Data Analysis & Reporting (L1) to support its Risk & Compliance reporting. You will gather data from Fundcraft’s platform, review completeness, and contribute to the preparation and transmission of reports to third parties.

A training program will equip you with data collection, compilation, and review processes while collaborating with the technology team to automate workflows.

• Access Fundcraft platform and review data for reports.
• Identify missing mandatory data and liaise with teams.
• Ensure report completeness and data accuracy.
• Escalate issues to team leader.
• Organise work to avoid delays in sendings.
• Provide appropriate access to third-party portals.
• Report activity via a monitoring dashboard.
• Support day-to-day duties related to reporting transmission.
• Facilitate timely and accurate internal and external communications.
