Meyerconnolly is seeking an Automation Engineer to join our automation and control team aboard yacht projects. You will focus on programming, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of electrical and control systems, bridging concept to operation.

We value a solid technical foundation, 2–5 years PLC experience, reading schematics, and a practical engineering mindset. TwinCAT/Codesys and Git help are a plus, marine sector experience is ideal.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation Engineering or similar.
• Around 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation or PLC programming.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical engineering mindset.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, J1939, NMEA, Ethernet, or ADS.

Responsabilidades

• Programming, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of electrical and control systems on yacht projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to bring complex systems from concept to operation.
