MPower Plus is seeking an Automation Engineer & IT Tools Management Specialist at L3 level to lead automation initiatives across infrastructure, workplace, database and network operations in Madrid. You will own automation projects, optimize ITSM and monitoring platforms, and partner with IT teams to reduce manual work and improve service quality.

The role requires deep hands-on experience with PowerShell, Python, Ansible, REST APIs, and ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB, plus exposure to monitoring tools

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation, IT operations and tooling.
• Proficient in PowerShell, Python, Ansible and REST APIs.
• Experience with ITSM/CMDB and monitoring technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Drive automation across infrastructure, workplace, database & network operations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
• Optimize enterprise ITSM, monitoring, CMDB and automation platforms.
• Work closely with infrastructure, operations, monitoring and ITSM teams.
• Own L3-level automation and tooling improvements.
