MPower Plus in Madrid, Spain is seeking an Automation Engineer & IT Tools Management Specialist at L3 level to boost automation across infrastructure, workplace, database, and network operations. You will own L3 automation and tooling improvements, work with cross-functional teams, and help optimize ITSM, monitoring, CMDB, and observability.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automation and IT operations, strong scripting, hands-on with ServiceNow, Centreon, Azure Monitor, and SCCM/Intune

Formación

• Strong experience with PowerShell, Python, Ansible & REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Centreon & Azure Monitor.
• Experience with SCCM/Intune patch automation.
• IT tools optimization, integrations, dashboards & reporting.
• Strong understanding of ITIL v4, security and operational governance.

• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
