MPower Plus is seeking an Automation Engineer & IT Tools Management Specialist (L3) to drive automation and observability across enterprise IT in Madrid.

You will own L3-level automation, optimize ITSM/CMDB, monitoring, and tooling, and collaborate with Infrastructure, IT Operations and ITSM teams.

The role demands 5+ years of experience and strong skills in PowerShell, Python, Ansible, REST APIs, ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB, Centreon and Azure Monitor.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in automation, IT operations and tools management.
• Proficient scripting and automation across PowerShell, Python, and Ansible.
• Experience with ITSM/CMDB and monitoring tools.
• Strong ITIL v4 knowledge and security governance.

Responsabilidades

• Drive automation across infrastructure, workplace, database & network operations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
• Optimize enterprise ITSM, monitoring, CMDB and automation platforms.
• Work closely with infrastructure, operations, monitoring and ITSM teams.
• Own L3-level automation and tooling improvements.
