Jobtailor is seeking an automation specialist to identify inefficiencies and translate business needs into scalable automation solutions. You will design, develop, test, and deploy automations in a live customer support environment, leveraging Make.com, Airtable, AWS, Zendesk, and AI technologies.
You will maintain and enhance workflows, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Tooling, Operations, Product, and Engineering to drive continuous improvement and reliability while ensuring
Formación
- Experience building automation in a live customer support or contact centre.
- Experience with workflow automation, data platforms, cloud technologies, and emerging AI capabilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into automation designs and implementation plans.
Responsabilidades
- Identify operational inefficiencies and transform manual processes into scalable automated solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automations that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance existing automations, integrations, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues and support deployed solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points and requirements.
