Continental Tires sales business, based in Spain and Portugal, seeks a finance-oriented problem-solver to join the Controlling team. You’ll learn the finance side while modernizing processes and automating tasks, reporting to the Controlling Manager for Iberia.

Role involves month-end activities, budgeting, and building Power BI dashboards; you’ll collaborate with automation to drive efficiency and knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (engineering, business, information systems) with automation mindset.
• 0–4 years of experience; prior finance exposure not required.
• Advanced Excel; aptitude for Power BI, SQL and/or Python.
• Fluent Spanish and working English; eager to learn accounting/finance.

Responsabilités

• Month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks for efficiency.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the automation team to scope improvements for controlling.
