We are looking for an Automatic Packaging Technician

• Education: Bachelor degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or similar.
• Master in pharmaceutical industry (CSIF) or similar.
• Good level of English.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Work Assignments:

The Packaging Technician will perform the following activities, with task distribution based on organizational needs in Packaging. Each technician is trained and qualified before performing these activities:

• Plan daily packaging processes, prioritize, and organize according to supply chain plans.
• Participate in CC´s, QACT, TEMPCC, and deviations related to packaging processes.
• Follow up on component defects (supplier complaints).
• Handle stocks.
• Create process orders for PEI samples, SCIT, and Tablets.
• Manage batch documentation (batch records, IPCs, line clearance, control reports).
• Handle Logbooks: follow-up, weekly review.
• Review batch documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate on and write SOPs, FRMs, and WINs for packaging processes.
• Ensure packaging processes comply with GMP rules.
• Supervise batch records.
• Use SAP functions.
• Assist in order planning per country and ensure availability of finished goods.
• Oversee packaging flow, label handling, and reporting.
• Report critical issues to the Packaging Manager.
• Coordinate with QC, QA, and Supply Chain departments.
• Participate in changes related to versions of PPM (Printed Packaging Materials).

Location:

ALK is located in Ciudad Lineal, Madrid, near Hermanos García Noblejas and Ascao metro stations, with good bus connections. The manufacturing center is at Calle Miguel Fleta 19, and the Business Support area is in Avalon Business Park.
