Be Global E-commerce Corporation is seeking an assistant to the audit team to help validate evidences and prepare reports that support forming the audit opinion.

The role covers validation of delivery receipts, preparation of working papers, vouching evidences, filing documents, and performing clerical tasks while maintaining accurate documentation of audit findings. Based in Spain, you will work closely with the audit team to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Validation of delivery receipts and encoding in Masterfile
• Prepare clear and accurate working papers for documentation of audit procedures
• Vouching of supporting evidences in working papers
• Assist in filing of documents of Audit Team
• Performing other clerical tasks such as transcribing notes and maintaining documentation of audit findings
• Manual generate, sellu seller
• Disapproved claims compilation
• Other duties as assigned
