We are currently looking for an Audiovisual Production Manager for a permanent position to join our team in Barcelona.

The Production Manager is responsible for managing the production of all technical elements for various high-end special events. The position requires someone who is detail-oriented and has strong knowledge of event video, lighting, sound, and rigging production.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize workflow, and support a multidisciplinary team. Effective communication skills are a must in order to communicate extensively with clients and production staff efficiently.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Working with our production team to design and prep all events, including the creation of gear and crewing lists.
2. Performing site visits with clients and event teams.
3. Working closely with the sales team to understand client needs and requirements.
4. Checking that the necessary crew and gear are requested for lighting & AV events.
5. Coordinating with our freelance technical staff on what is expected of them for each job.
6. Coordinating with other related vendors to ensure a smooth onsite working environment.
7. Overseeing production staff on event locations and ensuring client production needs are met.
8. Working with our shop to manage company inventory and rentals from vendors when necessary.
9. Maintaining a working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and staging gear.

Please note that only experienced technicians in AV with a minimum of 10 years in the field will be considered.

A very strong technical knowledge of video, lighting, and audio equipment is a MUST.

- Languages: Native level of English; French & Spanish would be a plus.

- A background in production & management.

- Strong working knowledge of event production.

- Strong computer knowledge including AutoCAD and MS Office.

- Comfortable with working with database software.
