Are you passionate about film and audiovisual production? Do you have experience in managing and producing audiovisual projects?

At Monday HR, we are looking for an Audiovisual Producer for a company dedicated to high-quality film and audiovisual production based in Madrid.

Our client is looking for someone passionate about film with experience in managing audiovisual production projects to join the team and create unique projects that combine creativity, technique, and impactful narratives.

What will your responsibilities be?

Manage and coordinate audiovisual projects from conceptualization to final delivery.

Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Work closely with directors, screenwriters, technicians, and clients to ensure that projects meet both creative and technical expectations.

Manage permits, locations, freelance staff hiring, and external suppliers.

Resolve operational issues during the pre-production, filming, and post-production stages.

What do we value in you?

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Audiovisual Producer.

Advanced knowledge of the stages of audiovisual production.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

Ability to lead teams and work under pressure.

Familiarity with project management tools and audiovisual software.

Fluent in Spanish and Catalan (English is a plus).

Passion for the audiovisual industry and a proactive approach.
