A leading company in online auctions seeks a Merchant or Sales Assistant in Sant Cugat. You will coordinate auction events, manage documentation, and serve as the primary contact for sellers. Formación

  • Relevant work experience as a Merchant or Sales Assistant.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge in accounting and administration.

  • Plan and coordinate auction events, including KYC verification.
  • Manage auction-related documentation and ensure accuracy.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Retail, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in process optimization and use of IT systems.

Your tasks will include
  • Serve as the primary contact for sellers via phone, email, and internal platforms.
  • Plan and coordinate auction events, including KYC verification, viewing days, delivery days, and post-sale processes.
  • Manage auction-related documentation and ensure accuracy in lots with reserve prices, proceeds, and payment status.
  • Collaborate closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting.
  • Provide administrative support such as data uploads, translation (German/English), travel booking, and internal coordination.
  • Assist with claim management, settlement applications, and logistical tasks on delivery days.
  • Identify process improvements and proactively support clients and colleagues in operational issues.
