Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator to support and stabilize their Jira and Confluence environments and assist with a planned migration to Atlassian Cloud.

We are looking for an Atlassian Administrator to:

• Support and stabilize the current Jira and Confluence environments, which currently support approximately 50 users and include 5–6 active Jira projects.
• Prepare the organization for a strategic migration to Atlassian Cloud.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience administering Jira and Confluence in mid-sized environments.
• Proven experience in preparing or executing Atlassian Cloud migrations.
• Strong understanding of Jira project configurations, workflows, permissions, and custom fields.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management and integration with third-party systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary Jira and Confluence administrator, ensuring system stability and addressing user needs.
• Assess and document current configurations and recommend improvements for usability and scalability.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and plan the migration of Atlassian tools to the cloud.
• Perform user training, permission audits, workflow tuning, and general maintenance.
• Support integration of Jira with other enterprise systems where applicable.
