Under Armour is seeking a part-time team member to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers find the right apparel and footwear. You will work on the sales floor and at the point of sale, supporting both in-store and omni-channel requests.

Qualifications include a minimum age, ability to lift, and a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. Basic English is a plus and you’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced store team in Madrid.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to bring out the best in each customer.
• Share knowledge and love for our products with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store including point of sale and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote customer loyalty through the Rewards program.
• Fulfill working hours per attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
