You see things a little differently. So do we. Our Analytics & Digital team (ADS) is responsible for driving innovation via automation, strategic business insights and process optimization.

We look for the perfect blend of Business Analyst with function acumen and technical skills that will drive us to accelerate the Total Delivered Cost (TDC) sourcing process for Sourcing. You will collaborate with Procurement Stakeholders to drive Go-to-market events and analytics to identify savings opportunities in procurement across the enterprise. Candidates must have a passion for simplification, BIG data, operational reporting & analytics. This is a contingent role, with high likelihood of converting into a full time role for highly deserving candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support execution of competitive sourcing events (RFX’s and eAuctions) globally by closely collaborating with Indirect Procurement Sourcing teams.
  • Provide strategic analytics and insights for the TDC Sourcing process.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify savings opportunities across Ecolab’s global material buy.
  • Data management and extraction for pre-scoping an RFX event.
  • Work with sourcing leads to prioritize and validate top opportunities for savings projects and support / drive project execution.
  • Execute and support digital and analytical platforms to make go-to-market process more efficient
  • Analyse and integrate different sources of data into clear RFX outputs through analytics and automation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in procurement analytics, sourcing, or a similar role
  • Proficient in Power BI and e-sourcing tools (Jaggaer, GEP, Coupa, Keelvar)
  • Proficient with Excel, simplification and data structure to go-to-market.
  • Understanding of procurement process and indirect sourcing categories
  • Knowledgeable of new technologies to optimize data structures (i.e. OCR, Macros, PowerQuery)
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrable problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills, with good attention to detail
