Our services vary depending on the transaction side, including :

• Vendor Assistance and Vendor Due Diligence
• Buyer's Financial Due Diligence (financial performance, liquidity, cash flow, debt, capital structure, asset and liability quality, financial projections, valuation models, financial risks), providing a clear view of the company's financial health to aid negotiations, including price adjustment mechanisms and SPA advisory.

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of professional experience in external auditing or financial advisory (Deal Advisory).
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Double Degree in Law and Business.
• High proficiency in English (C1-C2).
• Willingness to travel.
• Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, proactive mindset, commercial acumen, good communication skills, initiative, flexibility, and professional commitment.
