Job title : Reduction of the effects of the presence of Antibiotics in Water

Research line / Scientific-technical services: Toxicity of pollutants to micro-organisms and plants

Job Location and Schedule

Plant Physiology & Microbiology laboratories. 15:00-19:00

Tasks to be performed

Collaboration in research tasks related to WP 3 (Effects of antibiotics on germination and plant growth), WP 4 (Proof of concept: treated wastewater can be safely used for irrigation), and gene expression analysis of WP 2 (Study of the toxicity of antibiotics on microalgae).

Evaluation Criteria
  • Academic record of master's degree or equivalent related to Biology. Maximum 2.5 points
  • Work experience. Maximum 5 points. 0.5 points per month of relevant experience.
  • Publications. Maximum 5 points. 1 point per publication in JCR scientific journals related to the project tasks.
  • Personal interview. Maximum 5 points.

Candidates will be ranked based on merit and minimum score of 5 points, with the highest scoring candidate awarded the position. A reserve list will be established for subsequent hiring if needed.
