Formación

• 5+ years of experience working in Customer Insights Market Research.

Job Description:

Are you a curious mind with a passion for turning data into real-world decisions? Kynetec is on the lookout for an Associate Research Director to join our dynamic Customer Insights team!

This is a full-time, permanent role with the flexibility of being 100% remote. If you're based near Valencia, we’ve got a great office space and encourage a hybrid setup so you can enjoy the best of both worlds!

In this role, you’ll work directly with key clients, lead projects from proposal to delivery, and support a talented Insights team along the way. Whether it’s pet healthcare or animal nutrition — your insights will help shape decisions that matter.

Commercial responsibilities:

• Work towards commercial targets and have some oversight of client budgets.
• Support with pro-active business development.

Managerial Responsibilities:

• Management of 1 team member; staff management, resource allocation, project oversight, performance management, team engagement, development and training.

Research Design & Proposal Development:

• Proposal development including proposal writing, preparing specs for a proposal, putting together project pricing and timeline, cost estimation, case studies, desk research
• Design study approach, in consultation with line manager/senior leads for more complex methods.

Project Execution:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full responsibility for project management, particularly for less complex ones, including full responsibility of research designs, delegation of the majority of operations work (survey setup, fieldwork monitoring, charting)

(Quant)

• Design questionnaires in conjunction with internal experts, and takes part in debate with clients
• Oversee the data collection processes such as preparing study specifications for Operations and/or agencies, client reports, drafting questionnaires, quota monitoring, sample delivery, troubleshooting and testing
• Lead data analysis and reporting.

(Qual)

• Design discussion guides and takes part in debate with clients.
• Design briefing notes, reporting template, briefing of agencies/suppliers.

Analysis & Reporting:

• Lead data analysis and reporting
• Write client research reports, creating impactful reports with detailed and meaningful insights using ThinkStoryLine and infographic methods, including headlines/executive summary, with very limited line manager/ project director supervision
• Produce insightful research reports with action led recommendations to support your clients in their decision-making
• Present, and talk through results through with clients (generally below top-management), utilising strong verbal and numerical skills

Client Management:

• Regular interaction with junior and mid-level client management (presentations, phone calls, meetings, e-mail)
• Support cross-selling in alignment with other Kynetec teams
• Ensure that client expectations are fully fulfilled on all projects for which you are responsible

Requirements of this Role:

• 5+ years of experience working in Customer Insights Market Research
• Experience working with multiple Market Research agencies is preferred
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Fluency in the English Language (Verbal and Written)
