Offer Description

IQS is seeking candidates for the 2025-2026 academic year to fill the position of Associate Professor in Engineering to join the Department of Industrial Engineering. Responsibilities include:

1. Teaching topics related to human-machine interaction and digitalization.
2. Developing research aligned with IQS and Ramon Llull University policies, coordinating with the department's research activities.
3. Securing research funding, participating in technology transfer projects, and establishing internal collaborative research programs.
4. Fostering international research collaborations.

Minimum Requirements :

• PhD in Engineering, especially in digitalization or related fields.
• Postdoctoral or industrial experience, preferably international, in Mechatronics or related areas.
• Research publications in international journals and/or patents.
• Teaching experience at bachelor or master levels with an experimental approach.
• Participation or leadership in competitive research projects with external funding.
• Proficiency in English for teaching purposes.
• Accreditation or merits for teaching/research activities by national evaluation agencies.
• Experience with industrial projects involving actuators, sensors, and electronic device integration, with applications in medical, bioengineering, chemical, or industrial sectors.

Selection Process :
